RIGATONI
1 pkg rigatoni noodles
1 pint spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
3/4 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
pinch red pepper

Boil noodles.
Combine meat, crumbs, parsley, cheese, eggs, salt, garlic and black pepper.
Drain noodles on damp cloth. Stuff with mix.
Pour sauce to cover bottom of casserole. Place rigatoni, sauce, cheese and repeat in layers.
Cover with foil, bake at 350 for one hour. Remove foil for last 15 min to brown.
