Curried Chicken
1 Tbsp butter
1 Onion sliced
4 chicken breasts
1 Clove garlic sliced
1 apple sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp ginger, tumeric, curry, chili, cumin, coriander
1/4 tsp cayenne, cinnamon
1 cup chicken boullion

Saute onion in butter, skin and bone chicken, cut into pieces. Sit into onions, garlic, apples, raisins and spices. Add chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add stock and simmer for 30 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch if needed. Can freeze.
